Documents Required for Canada Visa
1) Identity Documents • • • • • • Original signed passport valid for at least 6 months; also any old passports containing visas. 1 color photograph measuring 3.5 x 4.5 cm with a light background. Official English translation of the national identity card/ID card. Official English translation of the birth certificate/population registration certificate (for individuals). Translation of the marriage certificate; translation of the divorce decree; translation of the death certificate if the spouse has passed away. If children are accompanying: student certificates (attendance) / documents showing the children's educational status.
2) Completing the Forms • Each applicant must complete the “Personal Information” and “Family Information” forms separately.
3) Financial Documents • • • A bank statement (in English and stamped by the bank) indicating financial status/account balance (collateral/amount); also, a bank statement showing the applicant's monthly income for the last 6 months. If there is a term deposit account: a term deposit/bill of exchange statement. If there are shares or securities: a purchase document/portfolio statement. *Validity period of the financial statement and account statement: 1 month.
4) Property Documents • • • • • • • Official English translation of title deeds (residential, land, field/garden). Vehicle registration certificate (if applicable). Rental agreement (if applicable).
5) Documents According to Employment Status A) Employees Employment certificate on company letterhead (start date, title, annual salary and benefits; signed directly by the manager and stamped with the company seal). Last 3 months' payslips. Social Security service record / insurance list. Appointment/employment letter (if any).
B) Employers / Company Owners • • • • • • Official English translation of company incorporation and amendment notices. Translation of the most recent paid tax return/tax list. English bank guarantee/balance letter for the company account. Bank statement for the last 3 months (in English and stamped by the bank). Translation of the Social Security Institution (SGK) payment list (company/applicant). Last 3 months' payslips for the applicant and employees (if any).
C) Merchants • • • • Translation of trade registry/trade card (if any). Letter/document from the chamber of commerce. Translation of the latest paid tax list/declaration. Insurance payment list.
D) Doctors • • • • • Translation of indefinite/permanent practice license. Translation of clinic license. Translation of medical association/professional association card. Translation of the latest tax list/declaration. Translation of insurance payment list.
E) Engineers • Translation of engineering chamber certificate / building permit (if any). Translation of contracts for completed projects (if any).
F) Self-Employed Individuals • • • • • Translation of activity certificate / business license. Translation of tradesman registration certificate / business opening license. Translation of the latest paid tax certificate. Translation of social security payment certificate. Translation of employment contract (if any).
G) Retirees • Translation of retirement certificate/decision. Retirement payslips for the last 3 months (if there was a salary increase, the increase decision document must also be submitted). 6) Invitation Letter (If any) • Full identification information of the inviting party and the applicant. Relationship between the inviting party and the applicant, reason for travel, address and telephone number. Duration of stay: minimum 1 month and maximum 3 months (up to 6 months if a visa is granted). The invitation letter must be signed and sealed by a Notary Public after it is issued.
Documents Required from the Inviting Person: • • • • Canadian Citizenship Card or Canadian Passport or Canadian Birth Certificate or PR Card (Permanent Resident Card). Employment certificate. Bank guarantee/balance letter from the inviting person. Tax documents (Notice of Assessment) and T1/T4 forms (significantly impacting visa approval). 7) Traveling with a Child – Notarized Consent (If Required) • If one of the children is traveling without a parent: a notarized consent form from the non-traveling parent, translated into official English. If you do not have an invitation letter: you must provide hotel reservations, travel plans, and round-trip flight tickets to Canada. If you have previously been refused a Canadian or other country visa: you must provide the refusal letter. If you have an ongoing immigration case, you must inform us of the outcome.
•All Turkish documents must be officially translated into English.
